Returns
If your purchased product is deemed faulty or has damaged packaging, or other concerns not mentioned within, a full refund or product replacement will be issued in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Any complaints must be emailed in writing within 7 working days. If we do not receive a complaint within this time frame, Carnivoro is not liable or obligated to provide a refund/replacement product.
A refund or replacement for a faulty product is not available if vomiting and/or diarrhoea occurs, as this does not indicated that the product itself is at fault, it could simply be an intolerance to a meat product or new meats introduced too quickly. If you are changing your pet’s diet, please do so slowly.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Carnivoro Pet Food, 17 Carr St, WKO, Tuakau 2121, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
